Reference Sheet for MAC Subcommittees 2010/2011 [.pdf] - this document outlines the responsibilities of the Chairs and Administrative Support of the Subcommittees of the MAC. It also includes "Dates to Remember" such as when monthly quality indicators are due, when the Subcommittee Leadership meetings take place, and when the work plans are to be submitted annually.
