PowerChart is a system that allows you to access patient records. The applications within PowerChart enable a care team to plan, orchestrate and document optimal care. In addition to patient demographic data, you can order and view lab, medical imaging and Allied Health orders (where appropriate). PowerChart's graphing features can help trend patient results over time.
