PAIRO helpline for medical residents: PAIRO offers a 24hr Helpline at 1-866-HELP-DOC (1-866-435-7362). This is a joint project with the Distress Centres of Toronto and PAIRO. This service provides 24hr crisis intervention as well as referrals for family doctors, stress management, drug and alcohol counseling and many other services. All calls are strictly confidential.
